The Alliance have been working to create ‘Knowledgebase’, a glossary of services, clinics, third sector organisations and support services which can be found on our website here http://www.scvr.org.uk/knowledgebase/

The idea is for this glossary to become a reference point to enable clinicians in South Cheshire and Vale Royal to signpost patients to relevant and recommended services.  Each service includes a brief overview, referral/access details and contact information.
