Your GP Alliance needs your feedback
Following our recent Annual General Meeting, we want to get as many of your views as possible, on how we take the GP Alliance forward. We are conducting a survey of all practices to understand what’s important to you and what we, as a GP Alliance of practices, need to prioritise to be improved.
Your response to this survey is crucial in providing us with the information necessary to ensuring the purpose, objectives and work of the GP Alliance are meeting the needs of our local practices. The purpose of the survey is to find out what has benefited you this last 12 months, and where do we need to make improvements.
