The online Peer to Peer Referral Scheme was launched on Monday 3 September 2018. This 6 month scheme has been undertaken in partnership with the CCGs to try and improve the quality of referrals across South Cheshire and Vale Royal. The information gathered throughout the scheme (as well as providing direct feedback to referrers and practices) will be used to address potential educational opportunities across the system and identify potential for new pathway development or alteration to existing services in collaboration with specialist colleagues.

28 of our practices are signed up to the scheme and collectively upload 1000 referrals to secondary care for review by our Clinical Reviewers, who are active GPs within our patch.
