The GP Alliance has been undertaking the online Peer to Peer Referral Scheme since the 3 September 2018 and we are now four months in. The scheme has been undertaken in partnership with the CCGs to try and improve the quality of referrals across South Cheshire and Vale Royal. The information gathered throughout the scheme will be used to address potential educational opportunities across the system and identify potential for new pathway development or alteration.

The scheme will run initially until the end of February 2019 and we are continuing to achieve our target of receiving and reviewing over 1000 referrals each month.  This is a fantastic achievement and we would like to thank all practices for their continued engagement with this scheme.
