The Cheshire East Carers Alert Card for Emergencies (ACE) scheme is run by Peaks and Plains Trustlink Service and provides support and peace of mind for carers and those they care for in an emergency.

An ACE card with an emergency number is given to every carer who signs up, and an emergency plan is agreed. This gives details of family and friends that can be contacted if the carer has an emergency.
