Cheshire Young Carers commissioned by Cheshire East Council deliver a range of services to support young carers focused on building resilience and improving self-esteem, supporting young carers in education and helping to prepare them for key periods of transition.

Our free of charge Education Support Programme for young carers enables Cheshire East primary and secondary academies, schools and colleges identify and help young carers aged 6 to 18 years old to improve their participation and achievement in education.
