If you receive a diagnosis of early stage dementia, you can receive personalised support from the Cheshire East Dementia Reablement Service.  The service will provide support for you and your family to enable you to live as independently as possible. The Dementia Reablement Service works in partnership with other dementia support services such as Age UK Cheshire.
