To take the administrative burden from Practice Managers, South Cheshire and Vale Royal GP Alliance has developed a GDPR Practice Compliance Support Package for the Federations that it supports.  This support package includes the following services:

• To act as Data Protection Officer for GP Practices
• Production for all practices of policies, processes, procedures and patient information to comply with GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the new toolkit requirements

• Completion and submission of new toolkit    
• To provide Practice Manager training

• Annual GP staff training session

• To work with practices on GDPR compliance and planning
• Development of a knowledge base for Practices
• Management and Reporting of all IG SIRI’s and ICO communication
• Practice updates
