This information point will provide patients with easy access to learn how to use the online services provided by their GPs, putting them in better control of their own care and providing access to telehealth I telecare options such as:

– Health check protocols
– Peripherals (blood pressure monitor and scales)
– Multi language compliance to Accessible Information Standards
– EMIS integration and set-up
– Friends and Family Test and additional surveys
– Patient information portal

The information point will also provide links to other local services such as housing, councils and health and wellbeing.
